Who we are?

FIL-SINO is a land-based recruitment agency which was established by men with successful track records in business management and licensed on November 9, 1993.

Today, the company employs 26 full-time personnel trained in the field of human resource development and operates from a modern, well equipped office in Paranaque City, Manila.

From the time of its organization, the company has been active in the manpower industry with its focus on the deployment of skilled, semi-skilled and household workers to Taiwan. To date, it handles the manpower requirements of at least 350 principals and employers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Canada, Vietnam, Libya and Japan.

Since its establishment, Fil-Sino Manpower Services Incorporated has deployed seventy thousand (70,000) workers or an average of more than two thousand five hundred (2,500) workers annually.

Fil-Sino Manpower Services Incorporated continues to maintain its position as one of the Top 4 agencies deploying workers to Taiwan.
